Shipment
We may ship as FOB or CIF based on the contract. For export we can used any kind of containers as agreed by customer or buyers.
20 container can be full filed by 9 10 tons tobacco
40 container can be full filed by 18 20 tons tobacco
Normally all the conditions of shipment have to be mentioned on the contract as follow :
" Tobacco has to be fumigated at least 5 x 24 hours by PH3/ Phostoxin.
" Container has to be clean, odorless, free from infestation of Lasioder, without leaking and sound condition.
" Fright collect for FOB basis.
" Document : Bill of Lading, net weight list, Fumigation certificate, phytosanitary cert, Certificate of origin Form B, Certificate of Autenticity and commercial invoice.
" Stuffing list should be mentioned Gross Weight and Net Weight, either Seal number.
Other Thing Soul Be Prepared Properly
" The Container has to be fumigated before shipment at least 1 x 24 hours.
" PEB/ export announcement form for local harbor custom clearance
" Fumigation tobacco and preparation of container must be inspected by Indonesian Tobacco Institute ( TT) .
" Document to be sent to Consignee 1 set, Notify Address - 1 set and Customer 1 set ( in case our buyers as a trader)
" Normally before shipping instruction been issued, the tobacco has to be inspected and accepted by customer, or we can also sent the redrawn samples after finish our packing in total quantity of contract and accepted as a standart sample.
Payment
" Net Cash againt document, or
" 80% against document and 20% after arrival of goods, or
" Net cash againt L/ C
